摘要
目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法整群选取2012年2月—2015年1月该院收治的68例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,各34例,研究组采用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合口服西药治疗,对照组患者给予纠正生活习惯和口服西药治疗,综合比较两组患者治疗总有效率及神经传导速度情况。结果治疗总有效率为94.1%,高于对照组的70.6%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组正中神经、腓总神经的传导速度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状。
Objective To investigate effects of Huangqi guizhi wuwu tang combined with western medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 68 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group, each were 34 cases. Research group were treated with HUangqi guizhi wuwu tang decoction combined with western medicine. Control group were treated with western medicine. Total effective rate, change of nerve conduction velocity were com- pared. Results Total effective rate of research group was 94.1%,which was higher than 70.6% of control group （P〈0.05）.After treat- ment, the median nerve, phil total nerve conduction velocity of research group were better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huangqi guizhi wuwu tang combined with western medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy has exact effect. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms.
