基于模糊灰色理论PA6/GF5进气歧管焊接方案的优选

摘要 塑料代替金属在汽车制造行业得到了广泛应用,同时塑料焊接技术也在不断发展。在实际生产中,每一种焊接方式都有自身的优势与不足,如何合理选用显得尤为重要。选用焊接方案时,需要考虑的因素很多,而且焊接方案的合理与否,本身就是一个模糊的概念,很难精确划出界线进行区分。本实验以PA6/GF5进气歧管为研究对象,基于模糊灰色理论对预选的焊接方案进行综合评价,力求找出其中的最优方案。 Plastic replaced metal in the automotive manufacturing industry has been widely used, plastic welding technology is also developed continuously. In actual production, each kind of welding method has its own advantages and disadvantages, how to use it is very important. When selecting welding scheme, there are a lot of factors to be considered, and the reasonable welding scheme is a fuzzy concept, it is difficult to distinguish the boundary. Taking PA6/GF5 intake manifold as the experimental object, the selection of the welding scheme was evaluated based on the fuzzy-gray theory, and the optimal scheme was found out.
