摘要
受华北—华中特高压交流通道静态稳定极限限制,天山—中州(天中)特高压直流和长治—南阳(长南)特高压交流通道输电能力存在耦合关系,成为制约该交直流混联电网稳定水平的关键因素。基于联络线功率波动理论,研究并量化了同步电网系统惯量、负荷特性、交流线路初始输送功率、直流落点近区开机方式等相关因素对华北—华中特高压交流通道潮流转移特性的影响;根据特高压交直流耦合关系,提出了一种交直流协调控制策略,以应对同类系统中受耦合关系制约的稳定问题。针对华北—华中电网实际数据,采用PSD-BPA电力系统仿真软件计算验证了该策略的有效性。
Coupling relationship of system stability exists between Tianshan-Zhongzhou(Tian-Zhong) UHV DC and Changzhi-Nanyang(Chang-Nan) UHV AC, bound by stability limit of North China-Central China UHV transmission channel. A security and stability control strategy based on coupling relationship, the key factor of UHV AC/DC power system stability, is proposed. Firstly, impacts of relevant factors, such as system inertia, load characteristic, initial power flow of UHV AC and start-up mode of Zhengzhou Grid, on power flow transfer characteristic of North China-Central China UHV transmission channel are quantitatively analyzed. Secondly, a security and stability control strategy based on the coupling relationship is proposed. At last, the strategy is verified with PSD-BPA power tools based on real data of North China-Central China power grid.
