摘要
由于光伏发电功率的波动性、间歇性等特点,按光伏电站群总装机容量来规划其外送输电容量,很可能造成输电容量的过度配置,必须充分考虑光伏功率整体波动性的影响。基于光伏电站实测功率数据对光伏功率汇聚特性进行了分析,构建了计及天气变化、汇聚特性等因素的光伏电站群等值功率模型,并在此基础上提出一种光伏电站群外送输电容量的优化配置方法。该方法以光伏电站群外送输电工程综合收益最大化为目标,包含了输电收益、输电线路建设成本及可能由于阻塞造成的"弃光损失"等因素。算例结果表明,与按装机容量等额配置外送输电容量的全容量法相比,所提方法可显著提高输电线路利用率及输电工程综合收益。
Due to fluctuant and intermittent characteristics of photovoltaic power generation, it may cause excessive deployment of transmission capacity of clustering photovoltaic plants according to total installed capacity, so that the fluctuant characteristics of photovoltaic power should be totally taken into account. Based on clustering effect analysis of actual power data, this paper proposed an optimization method for determining integrated power transmission capacity of clustering photovoltaic plants. Necessarily, equivalent output model of clustering photovoltaic plants considering different weather conditions and clustering effect was presented. In order to maximize comprehensive benefits and determine optimal power transmission capacity, following factors were taken into account, such as transmission benefit, transmission constructing cost as well as congestion loss probably caused by insufficient transmission capacity. Case study showed that compared with equal capacity method the proposed method can achieve higher transmission benefit and enhance utilization of transmission line.
