Topological Vulnerability Analysis and Countermeasures of Electrical Communication Network Based on Complex Network Theory

摘要 为辨识电力通信网的结构脆弱性并提出针对性的保护措施,基于复杂网络理论,分别对华中5省1市的电力通信网进行建模、拓扑统计特性分析,并从连通性和网络效率2个角度进行了脆弱性评估,指出各省市电力通信网具有无标度网络的特点:在随机攻击下具有较强的鲁棒性,在蓄意攻击下十分脆弱。在此基础上,提出了高度数节点保护策略和低度数节点加边策略以改善电力通信网的结构脆弱性。将上述策略应用于华中各省市电力通信网,取得了较好效果,从而证实了该策略的有效性。 Deeply understanding the topological characteristics of electrical communication network will provide guidance to identify its structural vulnerability and propose corresponding protection strategies. Based on complex network theory, this paper models each provincial electrical communication network of central China as a network and investigates their structural characteristics. In addition, their vulnerability from the perspectives of connectivity and network efficiency is evaluated. The results show that each provincial communication network has characteristics of scale-free network, robust to random failures but vulnerable to deliberate attacks. Based on above researches, two countermeasures, namely high degree node protection strategy and low degree node link addition strategy,are proposed to improve structural vulnerability of electrical communication network and simulation results verify validity of the methods.
