摘要
目的研究银杏叶中芦丁在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,测定银杏叶中芦丁的含量。方法应用三电极体系,循环伏安法测定银杏叶中芦丁的含量,优化电解质、pH值、扫速测定条件。结果在pH=4.2乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中、0.05 V/s扫速下,芦丁浓度与峰电流在0.404~8.08μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,曲线方程为Y=0.079X+0.1871,相关系数(r)=0.9956。银杏叶中芦丁的含量为0.22%,平均回收率为102.87%。结论在玻碳电极上运用循环伏安法测定银杏叶中芦丁的含量,是一种相对简捷、快速的方法。
Objective To study the electrochemical behavior of rutin in Ginkgo leaves on glassy carbon electrode,and measure the rutin content in Ginkgo biloba leaves. Methods The content of rutin were determined by using three electrode systems and by cyclic voltammetry.The experimental parameters,such as p H value,electrolyte and sweep speed were selected. Results In HAc-Na Ac butter solution with a p H value of 4.2,at the scan tate of 0.05 V/s,the peak currents were proportional to the concentration of rutin in the range of 0.404 to 8.08 μg/ml.The curve equation was Y =0.079X+0.1871,the related coefficient was 0.9956,the content of rutin in Ginkgo leaves was 0.22%,its average recovery was 102.87%. Conclusion On the glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry for the determination of the content of rutin in Ginkgo leaves,is a relatively simple and fast method.
