摘要
品管圈是指基层员工自主自发地组成管理小组,运用科学管理工具发现和解决工作中所存在问题的一种质量管理方法。本研究将品管圈方法引入医院后勤合同管理工作中,选定"降低后勤呈报合同返签率"为活动主题,进行现状把握、目标设定、原因解析、拟定对策并组织实施,最后进行效果确认、讨论与改进。品管圈在医院后勤合同管理中的应用有效降低了后勤呈报合同的返签率并形成了一套相对规范的后勤合同管理制度,对实现医院后勤管理的合理化、规范化、科学化具有重要意义。
Quality control circle(QCC) is a method of quality management,and it refers to basic level staffs autonomously and spontaneously to form a management group,and they use scientific management tools to find and solve existing problems in work.This research imports QCC method into contract management work of hospital logistics,and determines reducing "the logistics contract reporting rate of visa" as activity theme to carry out the status quo,the goal setting and the cause analysis,formulate strategy and organize the implementation,finally to carry out effect confirmation,the discussion and improvement.QCC applied in the management of hospital logistics contract effectively reduce the logistics contract reporting rate of visav and form a relatively standardized logistics contract management system,and it has important significance for achieving the rationalization,standardization and science of hospital logistics management.
