丙种球蛋白在重症手足口病患儿中的应用

摘要 目的探讨静脉丙种球蛋白治疗重症手足口病的临床疗效。方法总结收治的59例重症手足口病患儿的病历资料,应用静脉丙种球蛋白治疗的患儿为治疗组;其余未应用丙种球蛋白的患儿为对照组,比较2组的临床效果。结果治疗组的热退、皮疹消退、神经系统症状消退以及住院时间分别为(4.52±1.41)d、(6.35±1.93)d、(4.06±1.25)d、(9.94±2.14)d,对照组分别为(5.78±1.12)d、(8.03±2.74)d、(5.53±1.50)d、(11.31±2.05)d。2组比较均为P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论重症手足口病患儿应用静脉丙种球蛋白是安全有效的。 Objective To study the effects of intravenous immunoglobulin in children with severe hand-fbot- mouth disease (HFMD). Methods The medical records of 59 children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease were reviewed. Children with intravenous immunoglobul in therapy were selected as treatment group,the others as control group. Effects of two groups were compared. Results Pyretolysis time, the skin rash regression time, the nervous system symptoms disappeard time, and hospital stays in treatment group were (4.52±1.41)d, (6.35±1.93)d, (4.06±1.25)d, (9.94±2.14)d, respectively, in control group were (5.78±1.12)d, (8.03±2.74)d, (5.53±1.50)d, (11.31±2.05)d, respectively. They were shorter in treatment group than that in control group (P〈O.05). Conclusion Intravenous immunoglobulin was safe and effective in children with severe hand-foot- mouth disease.
