摘要
金融消费者与金融机构事实上的不平等地位日益凸显,利益冲突与日俱增,侵犯金融消费者权益事件频发,强化金融消费者保护已经成为各国监管当局和社会各界的共识。我国金融消费者保护长期处于弱化状态,强化银行服务监管刻不容缓。本文在概括金融消费者保护理论精髓的基础上,指出了我国金融消费者保护面临的现实挑战,旨在弥补缺陷并提升银行服务监管效率,进而探寻金融消费者保护的有效途径,相关政策建议对提升我国金融消费者保护有效性具有一定的现实意义。
The nature of modem finance is based on the integrity of credit services and nowadays the financial industry has penetrated into all aspects of modern social and economic life deeply. Considering the increasingly prominent status inequality, conflicts of interests and violation of in-terests of consumers between financial consumers and financial institutions, it has become con- sensus that national regulatory authorities and communities should collaborate to strengthen the protection of financial consumers. In the long term, the protection of financial consumers has been in a vacuum state. Thus, ff is urgent to strengthen supervision of financial industry, espe- cially banking services without any delay. Based on the summary of the essence of financial con- sumers protection theory, this paper points out the challenges faced by the theory in order to compensate for the defect of protection and to enhance the supervision efficiency of banking services. More importantly, this paper aims to explore the effective ways to protect financial consum- ers and the relevant policy recommendations are of great importance to construct the long-term mechanism of financial consumers protection.
