乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫的外科手术进展 被引量:15

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最为常见的一种恶性肿瘤。外科手术在其治疗中占重要地位。腋窝淋巴结清扫(axillary lymph nodes dissection,ALND)一直被认为是乳腺癌外科各术式的一个重要环节,近些年,随着对乳腺癌生物学特性的逐步了解,影像学的发展使早期乳腺癌诊断率提高。
