北京市护理人员对优质护理可持续发展的认知研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解北京市护理人员对优质护理的认知情况,从行为主体视角探究优质护理可持续发展的障碍,提出促进优质护理可持续发展措施。方法对北京市6所医院的护理人员进行立意分层抽样问卷调查。结果共发放问卷1 023份,收回1 021份,有效问卷998份,问卷回收率为99.80%,有效回收率97.75%。对优质护理的知晓率为99.60%,对优质护理的认知率为89.09%。护理人员离职的4大原因:收入过低,优质护理服务造成压力过大,不受尊重,优质护理服务造成任务过重;优质护理可持续发展的4大障碍:护理服务价格过低,人力不足,观念落后(重医轻护),投入不足;促进优质护理可持续发展的4大措施:加大投入,增加护理编制,观念转变(医护并举),理顺护理服务价格体系。结论护理人员对优质护理有较高的认知度,有利于优质护理可持续发展,但是对于垂直化管理仍需要加强宣传。 Objective To understand the status of the cognition of nurses on High Quality Nursing Care in Beijing and to explore the obstacles which hinder the sustainable development of High Quality Nursing Care from actors’ perspective, putting forward measures of sustainable development of High Quality Nursing Care. Methods Purposeful stratified sampling questionnaire to nurses were carried out in six hospitals of Beijing. Results 1023 questionnaire were distributed and 1021 were recovered, 998 of which are effective, the rate of recovery of questionnaire is 99.80%; the effective rate of recovery is 97.75%. The awareness rate to High Quality Nursing Care is 99.60%; the cognitive rate to High Quality Nursing Care is 89.09%. The four major causes of nurses quitting are low income, large pressure from High Quality Nursing Care, not to be respected and too heavy task; four barriers of High Quality Nursing Care are low prices of nursing care, the lack of manpower, backward conception that values medical care and devalues nursing care and insufficient investment; four measures to promoting sustainable development of High Quality Nursing Care are increasing investment, increasing quotas of nurses, transforming concepts (we should see medical care and nursing care as equality important), further rationalizing the nursing service price system. Conclusion The nurses have higher awareness to High Quality Nursing Care, which is conducive to the sustainable development of High Quality Nursing Care, but vertical management is needed to strengthen propaganda.
