摘要
对1台75 t/h循环流化床锅炉的埋管、低温过热器、分离器和三次风系统等进行改造,解决了该锅炉出力不足、烟气氮氧化物排放和受热面磨损等问题,达到节能环保要求,提高了锅炉的热效率,给公司取得了不错经济效益。
The boiler tube, low-temperature super-heater, separator and tertiary air system of a 75 t/h CFB boiler were transformed, it solved the problem of insufficient output, NOX emission of flue and erosion of heating surface etc..Meanwhile, it can meet the requirement of energy conservation and environmental protection, improved thermal efficiency of boiler and achieved remarkable economic benefits for the factory.
