摘要
基于ANSYS分析方法,以支承高速精密电主轴磨床中的HP7005CTA角接触球轴承为研究对象,进行模态分析和谐响应分析。结果表明:增大电主轴支承轴承的刚度和改善电主轴整体结构的抗振性,均可用于提高电主轴动态特性;电主轴在激励频率附近振动幅值较大,而相比之下,在其他频率处振动幅度较小。
Based on ANSYS analysis methods, with the HPT005CTA angular contact ball bearings in high-speed precision spindle grinder as object of the study, the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are done in this paper. The results shows the dynamic characteristics of the electro-spindle depends on the spindle support bearing stiffness and the overall structure of electric spindle vibration resistance. The spindle vibration amplitude in the vicinity of the larger excitation frequency is big, while the other frequency vibration amplitude is small.
