摘要
介绍了高能弹丸轰击诱导金属表面纳米化设备中转盘的设计分析。此设备中的转盘是给弹丸加速的装置,它的结构是决定设备性能的重要因素。结合理论计算设计转盘的结构,并通过ANSYS对其进行静态和模态分析,为转盘设计的可行性提供了依据。
This paper introduces the design and analysis of the turntable of the equipment with high-energy projectile bombarding and inducing nano. Its turntable is one which is used to accelerate the projectile, and its performance depends on its sturcture great- ly. Based on the theoretical calculation, its structure is designed, the static and modal analyses are done by the ANSYS. A basis is provided for the feasibility of its design.
