摘要
针对航天飞行器高可靠性和高安全性的要求,设计了一种特殊的两输入行星减速器。运用Pro/E软件对该减速器的主要零件进行参数化建模,并对行星架做有限元分析,完成装配体3种不同工况的运动仿真。对工程实践有一定的指导意义。
Aimed at the requirements of high reliability and high security for aerospace, a kind of special double-input planetary re- ducer is designed. Pro/E is used to complete the parametric modeling for the main parts and ANSYS is applied to the structural opti- mization of the planet carrier. Based on the assembly, motion simulation under three different working conditions is realized. It is of important guiding significance in the engineering practice.
