摘要
当今社会各行业信息化、智能化普及,尤其是在服务性行业。但也有些服务场合稍显落后,比如有些医院输液室在输液患者有医护需求时还是通过人工呼喊医护人员,明显会给医护人员工作及输液室环境带来不良影响。有些医院虽然采用了单片机自动呼叫控制系统,但故障率高,功能不完善。现介绍PLC技术在医院输液室呼叫控制中的应用,通过采用OMRON小型PLC作为控制核心,实现输液室呼叫系统自动化控制,该控制系统可将医院输液病人的呼叫信息迅速准确地通知给输液室医护人员,以获得医护人员的及时处治和帮助。呼叫系统由硬件、控制流程、PLC梯形图程序设计组成,可解决因人工呼叫给病人带来的不便,且故障率低,控制功能更加灵活,可大大提高医护效率。
Now the information and the intelligentequipment are widely used in all industries, especially in the service industry. However, some service industries slightly fall behind, for example, in the transfusion rooms of some hospital, it the patients need the help of the medical staff, they still use the mode of calling out. It has influence on its environment greatly. The SCM automatic calling systems are equipped with in some hospitals, however, are with the high rate of malfunctions and inadequate functions. This paper introduces the application of PLC technology in the transfusion room calling control in hospital and uses the OMRON PLC as the control core to automate the calling systems in the hospital, which can be used to send the patients' calling information immediately to the medical staff in the transfusion office, so that they can receive the timely treatments and medical help from the medical staff. It also introduces its hardware structures, control flow and PLC ladder program design for the calling systems in the transfusion rooms. This control system is used to solve the inconvenience to the patients, due to manual callings. Because of the low rate of its malfunctions and flexible control functions, its the efficiency of medical care is improved greatly.
