摘要
通过分析瑞典慢性病患者就医模式,借鉴其复诊便捷、病患信息共享等先进经验,结合我国基本国情,提出分步推行社区首诊制、加快全科人才建设、强化基层卫生服务能力及利用网络技术推动信息共享等措施,完善我国慢性病管理模式,推进分级诊疗实践。
This study first introduces the medical care seeking behaviors of patients with chronic diseases in Sweden,underlining its advanced experience,such as convenient follow-up visits and patients' information sharing system.Based on the analysis of China's basic national conditions,the authors put forward some measures for the management of chronic diseases and promotion of grading health care,including taking steps to implement primary health care in communities,speeding up the cultivation of general practitioners,improving the services provided by community-based medical and health care facilities and impelling information sharing by utilizing network technology.
