摘要
医院办公室为医院行政管理部门,是医院各机关的枢纽,将各职能部门紧密联系起来,对医院的顺利运转具有十分重要的作用。随着改革创新步伐的加快及医疗理念的转变,医院办公室工作面临着前所未有的挑战。该研究首先对医院办公室职能进行概述,进而对新形势下医院办公室工作面临的挑战进行分析,最后提出几点创新的建议,以期为新形势下医院办公室工作的改进提供参考。
