摘要
香蕉束顶病毒(Banana Bunchy Top Virus,BBTV)是香蕉上一种危害严重但又难以防治的病毒。目前只能通过及时铲除染病植株来控制传播,因此快速有效的病毒检测技术是防治BBTV的关键。BBTV为单链环状DNA病毒,本试验采用优化后的DNA提取方法提取感病的香蕉样品的DNA,并用特异性引物对提取产物进行PCR检测。结果显示本试验优化的方法操作方便、用时短,并且提取产物能够用于BBTV快速检测,从而为BBTV的快速检测提供新的方法。
Banana Bunchy Top Virus （BBTV） is a serious and difficult-treating virus in banana. The best way to control BBTV is rooting out virus-effected plants, and detecting the virus rapidly and efficiently becomes very important. BBTV is a single stranded ring DNA virus. In this experiment DNA of banana samples was extracted by a optimized method, and then detection of BBTV by PCR . The results showed that the method optimized is easy to be operated with short time, and the extracted products can be used for the rapid detection of BBTV, which provides a new method for the rapid detection of BBTV.
