核电站压力容器接管端异种金属焊缝超声检测计算机仿真及实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用接管安全端异种金属焊缝显微组织分析结果对该焊缝进行了超声检测物理分析。通过CIVA软件对该焊缝进行了计算机超声检测仿真模拟,开发了焊缝超声检测的检测工艺,利用模拟试块实验对仿真结果和检测工艺的可靠性进行了实验验证。实验数据表明超声仿真模拟能够得到所需的探头参数及不同角度探头的定位精度,模拟试块实验有效验证了仿真模拟结果,并证明了检测工艺的可靠性。该文对核电站接管安全端异种金属焊缝进行了焊缝物理特性分析,包括异种金属焊接接头组成,焊缝及母材显微组织分析,焊缝组织对超声波衰减影响分析等,根据分析结果及该类型焊缝的检测特点。
