摘要
目的探究中医药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将54例患者随机平均分成治疗组和对照组,对照组用口服秋水仙碱进行治疗,治疗组用桂枝芍药知母汤加减方联合外敷金黄散治疗,将两组患者的治疗前后血尿酸值以及疼痛改善情况和治疗前后的血尿酸值进行比较。结果经过一段时间的相关治疗之后,治疗组总有效率为92.59%;对照组为81.48%。治疗之后对照组血尿酸平均值(493.57±49.25),治疗组为(273.14±34.58)。相关数据之间有统计学意义存在。结论对急性痛风性关节炎患者使用桂枝芍药知母汤加减方和外敷金黄散联合治疗,能够取得满意效果,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods 54 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group：patients in the control group received oral colchicine treatment,while those in the treatment group were given the treatment of modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with external application of Jinhuang powder.Between the two groups,the pain situation and levels of SUA（serum uric acid） before and after treatment are compared.Results After a period of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%and the control group 81.48%.After the treatment,mean SUA levels of the control group and the treatment group was（493.57±49.25）and（273.14±34.58）,and there was statistically significant difference between the data of the two groups.Conclusion The effect of combined treatment of modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and external application of Jinhuang powder for acute gout arthritis is satisfactory,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
