糖尿病与骨性关节炎相关性研究进展

摘要 糖尿病是一组慢性常见疾病,由遗传因素和环境因素共同作用引起[1-2]。糖尿病主要分为3种,1型糖尿病是由于胰腺分泌胰岛素不足引起;2型糖尿病主要是由于机体对胰岛素敏感性降低引起;第3种是妊娠期糖尿病。目前,糖尿病已经成为世界性难题,在过去的几十年里,糖尿患者的数量迅速增长[3]。从最新的国际糖尿病联盟的数据可以看出,全球已有3.82亿人患2型糖尿病,并且预计到2035年达到5.92亿人,其中80%的糖尿病死亡人数出现在中低水平国家[4-5]。
