摘要
对龙井茶适制无性系品种、病虫害统防统治、茶园测土配方施肥、龙井茶机制等技术集成开展比较研究。研究确定了富阳区茶叶生产主导品种以龙井43为主,可适当搭配中茶108、安吉白茶;病虫害统防统治方面采用大户、合作社和协会与散户茶农信息共享,机械化统防统治与人工防治相结合的模式进行;测土配方施肥中根据对应氮、磷、钾肥需求的不同,制定了相对应的6种施肥方案;龙井茶机制技术中增加一次青锅工艺。经多年实践发现,该集成技术可有效提升富阳区龙井茶质量水平,促进龙井茶生产的规模化、标准化,从而形成富阳区茶叶产业发展的新支撑点和增长点。
Comparative studies were conducted on the Longjing Tea suitable clonal varieties,unified control of plant diseases and insect pests,tea garden fertilization according to soil testing formula and Longjing Tea technology. Study identified that the dominant tea variety was Longjing 43,appropriately matching with Zhongcha108,Anji Baicha Tea in Fuyang. The methods of unified control of plant diseases and insect pests were information sharing between cooperatives,association and farmers,and combination of mechanical control and manual control.Six kinds of fertilization scheme,according to different need of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium requirement and secondary green pot process in Longjing Tea mechanism,were also proposed. Through years of practice,it is found that the integrated technology could effectively improve Longjing Tea quality,promote the scale and standardization of Longjing Tea production,and form the new support and growth point of the tea industry development in Fuyang.
