摘要
目的采用Meta分析方法系统评价国内超声弹性成像对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法检索Pub Med、CNKI、Wang Fang Data、CBM和VIP数据库,查找国内有关超声弹性成像对前列腺癌诊断的文献,提取相关数据。采用Meta Disc 1.4软件进行数据合并分析,计算合并敏感性、特异性、阳性似然比、阴性似然比和诊断比值比及其95%CI,绘制SROC曲线并计算曲线下面积。结果 16篇文献共计1555个病灶纳入分析,超声弹性成像对前列腺癌的合并敏感性、特异性、阳性似然比、阴性似然比、诊断比值比及95%CI分别为0.81[95%CI(0.78-0.84)]、0.75[95%CI(0.72-0.78)]、3.26[95%CI(2.66-4.02)]、0.25[95%CI(0.20-0.32)]、14.77[95%CI(9.52-22.91)],曲线下面积为0.8634。结论超声弹性成像对前列腺癌具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonographic elastography in the detection of prostate cancers using a Meta-analysis. Methods We comprehensively searched the relevant literature about prostate cancer diagnosis by ultrasound elastography in databases including the Pub Med,CNKI,Wang Fang Data,CBM and VIP database. The related data were extracted. Statistical analysis was performed using the Meta Disc 1.4 software,the sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood radio,negative likelihood radio,diagnostic odds ratio and 95% CI were measured,the area under SROC curve was calculated.Results Sixteen studies were selected including 1555 focuses. The pooled specificity,sensitivity,positive likelihood radio,negative likelihood radio and diagnostic odds ratio of ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were 0.81 [95%CI(0.78-0.84)],0.75[95%CI(0.72-0.78)],3.26[95%CI(2.66,4.02)],0.25[95%CI(0.20-0.32)],14.77[95%CI(9.52-22.91)],respectively. The area of SROC was 0.8634. Conclusion Ultrasonic elasticity has high diagnostic value for prostate cancer.
