摘要
该文设计了一款基于NTC热敏电阻的可穿戴式体温传感器,阐述了基于NTC的体温传感器的设计原理及实现方法。文中对体温传感器的温度测量误差来源进行了详细分析,给出了ADC误差自动测量和校准的方法。实验结果表明,经校准后的体温传感器其测量精度误差小于±0.04 oC。该体温传感器具有精度高、体积小和功耗低的优点。
A NTC thermistor-based wearable body temperature sensor was designed. This paper described the design principles and realization method of the NTC-based body temperature sensor. In this paper the temperature measurement error sources of the body temperature sensor were analyzed in detail. The automatic measurement and calibration method of ADC error was given. The results showed that the measurement accuracy of calibrated body temperature sensor is better than±0.04oC. The temperature sensor has high accuracy, smal size and low power consumption advantages.
