摘要
利用系统科学的方法,把众筹市场看作众筹系统,分析了众筹系统的基本元素、结构和功能,指出众筹系统具有自组织、非线性、适应性、多样性、进化性、涌现性六个特质,提出了复杂众筹系统概念。在此基础上,分析了复杂众筹系统的系统性风险与非系统性风险。
According to systems science,the crowdfunding market can be seen as a system. This paper describes the elements,structures and functions of the crowdfunding system. Seven features,including self- organization,nonlinearity,adaptability,diversity,evolution,and emergence are found to exist in the crowdfunding system,which leads to the concept of the Complex Crowdfunding System. Based on the above- mentioned research,this paper also discusses the systematic and idiosyncratic risks of crowdfunding.
