摘要
以综合性设计性实验课"结构钢的成分、工艺、组织与性能综合热处理"为基础,设计并建成了结构钢的成分、工艺、组织与性能综合热处理虚拟实验;介绍了热处理综合性、设计性虚拟实验的设计和实现方式。虚拟实验不受实验时间、空间和硬件资源限制,在很多方面具有真实实验不具备的优点。对比实验教学效果表明,虚拟实验应用于辅助实验教学可弥补真实实验教学的不足,明显提高实验教学质量。
The virtual experiment based on the comprehensive and designing experimental course “Comprehensive heat treatment experiments on composition-process-microstructure-property of structural steel”has been designed and built,and the design ideas and realization methods of the comprehensive and designing experimental course have been introduced.Virtual experiments can break the limits of time, space and hardware resource in the real experiments,and have a lot of advantages that real experiments are difficult to achieve in many ways.Comparison of experimental teaching shows that the application of virtual experiment teaching can make up some shortcomings of real experiment teaching,and significantly improve the quality of experimental teaching.
