摘要
目的分析喉科疾病非处方中成药不良反应发生概况,为安全使用此类药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,检索CNKI中文数据库,收集相关文献进行整理和分析。结果涉及中成药14种,其中穿心莲片,复方草珊瑚含片引起不良反应例数较多。结论对于非处方中成药的安全应用应予以高度重视。
Objective To analyze the occurrence of adverse drug reactions of nonprescription Chinese patent medicines which commonly used in diseases of throat department, in order to provide a reference for the safe use of such medicines. Methods Using a retrospective study method, the related literatures in CNKI were searched, collected and analyzed. Results There were 14 varieties of nonprescription Chinese patent medicines involved, in which adverse reactions caused by andrographis tablet and compound Caoshanhu tablet were more than others. Conclusion The safe use of nonprescription Chinese patent medicines still needs to be highly concerned.
