餐厨垃圾与牛粪混合厌氧发酵产沼气研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决餐厨垃圾单独发酵时容易发生酸化等问题,以餐厨垃圾和牛粪为原料,在35℃下,采用批式厌氧发酵方法,研究了不同餐厨垃圾和牛粪配比对混合厌氧发酵效率的影响。结果表明,餐厨垃圾和牛粪比例为3∶1时反应效果最好,累积产气量为3 750.5 m L,是餐厨垃圾单独厌氧发酵(T6)产气量的3倍,气体甲烷含量可达52.1%。反应后期消化液的p H保持在7.3-7.5,没有发生酸化现象;氨氮浓度保持在2 000-2 200 mg/L;辅酶F420最大值为0.72。而餐厨垃圾单独厌氧发酵时发生酸化效应,反应运行失败。由以上结果可知,混合发酵有利于厌氧发酵的进行,用混合发酵方法处理餐厨垃圾可以提高餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵效率。 Food waste anaerobic digestes alone will easily acidificate. Anaerobic co-digestion method was adpot to solve this problem.Food waste(FW) and cow manure(CM) were used as raw material,at the temperature of 35 ℃,the impact of the different reaction ratio to the co-anaerobic digestion efficiency with food waste and cow manure was studied by sequencing batch. The results showed that the best FW and CW reaction rate was 3∶1,the total gas production was 3 750.5 m L,which was there times of the FW digestesd alone,and the methane volume fraction was 58.7%,p H kept at 7.3-7.5,and the system didn't acidificate.The concentration of ammonia nitrogen kept at 2 000-2 200 mg/L. The highest absorbance value of coenzyme F420was0.72. Food waste anaerobic digested alone acidificated, the reaction failed to run. From the above results,we can know that co-digestion is benefit for anaerobic digestion,it could improve the efficiency of the anaerobic fermentation of food waste.
