摘要
为了加快玉米育种进程,利用100对SSR核心引物分析了44份玉米自交系的遗传多样性,并划分其杂种优势群。结果表明:有56对引物在44份玉米自交系间共检测出569个等位基因变异,每对引物检测出2-25个等位基因,平均16.68个,遗传相似系数变化范围0.62-0.90,PIC值变化为0.633-0.975,平均为0.92,每个等位基因的多态性信息量试验结果说明,44份玉米自交系种质具有很高的遗传多样性。利用软件分析将44份材料划分为3个群:改良的Reid群、四平头、美材群。
In order to speed up the process of corn breeding,genetic diversity analysis of genetic background of 44 maize inbred lines were analysed by using 100 pairs of SSR core primers,heterosis groups were divided preliminary.From the 56 pairs selected for the SSR primer poymorphism,we detected569 alleles.Each pair of primers could be detected 2-25 alleles,Each locus allele 16.68 on average.PIC value is 0.633-0.975,average is 0.92,the genetic similarity coefficients range 0.62-0.90.Each allele polymorphism information content of the test results indicate that the 44 inbred lines of corn germplasm with high genetic diversity.
