动力髋螺钉与股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较 被引量:3

Efficacy of dynamic hip screw and proximal femoral nail on senile intertrochanteric fracture

摘要 目的 探讨动力髋螺钉与股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床疗效. 方法 A组给予动力髋螺钉内固定手术治疗,B组给予股骨近端髓内钉内固定手术治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗情况及预后情况. 结果 B组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、治疗后Harris评分均显著优于A组;B组不良反应发生率仅为7.50%,低于A组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05). 结论 利用股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折可获得满意疗效,有效提高患者预后效果,保障其生活质量及生命安全. Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dynamic hip screw ( DHS ) and proximal femoral nail on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures .Methods Patients in group A received dynamic hip screw fixation surgery , patients in group B received proximal femoral nail fixation surgery .The treatment and prognosis of the two groups were observed and compared .Results The oper-ative time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay , Harris score of group B after treatment were signifi-cantly better than those of group A;the adverse reaction rate of group B was 7.50%, which was signifi-cantly lower than that of group A (25.00%, P〈0.05).Conclusions Application of proximal femoral nail for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly have satisfactory results , effectively improve the prognosis of patients and guarantee their quality of life and safety .
