摘要
以二元混合硝酸盐Solar Salt质量分数为(60%Na NO3+40%KNO3)为基础,通过改变质量比例和添加新型添加剂,得到一系列四元低熔点混合熔盐,并通过实验测量得到该混合熔盐的熔点、初晶点、分解温度、潜热、比热容等物性参数。结果表明:优选熔盐样品熔点均低于150℃,分解温度均在650℃以上。相比Solar Salt(220℃,600℃)有一定的优化和提高。另外,熔盐自身物性特点和仪器的选择会对热稳定性的实验测定结果造成一定影响。
On the basis of obtained through changing binary mixed nitrate, a series of quaternary mixed molten salt with low melting point was quality and adding new addition agent. Its melting point, initial crystallization point, decomposition temperature, thermal stability and other thermal properties was also obtained by experimental measurement. The result showed that the melting point of this new mixed molten salt is lower than 150 ℃ while its decomposition temperature is higher than 650 ℃, this new kind of mixed molten salt shows better performance. In addition, the experimental measurement results will be influenced by physical characteristics of molten salt and instruments used in the experiments.
