摘要
目的探讨诱卵器法用于白纹伊蚊密度监测的适用性。方法分析2007-2014年通过蚊虫孳生地调查及布放诱蚊诱卵器分别得到的广州市白纹伊蚊密度监测数据的相关性,对诱卵器法的适用性进行评价。结果广州市2007-2014年白纹伊蚊布雷图指数与标准间指数相关系数为0.79,诱蚊诱卵指数与布雷图指数相关系数为0.49,诱蚊诱卵指数与标准间指数相关系数为0.40。布雷图指数与标准间指数间相关性具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而诱蚊诱卵指数与布雷图指数、标准间指数相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在全年蚊密度最高的5-9月份,2014年BI高于2013年同期,2014年5-9月诱蚊诱卵指数低于2013年同期。结论诱蚊诱卵指数不能取代布雷图指数或标准间指数来监测白纹伊蚊密度高低。
Objective To discussthe applicability of ovitrap in population density surveillance of Aedes albopictus. Methods Comparingthe data of Breteau Index(BI) and Standard Space Index(SSI) of Aedes albopictus density in Guangzhou from2007-2014 with that of Mosquito Oviposition Index(MOI) during the same period and evaluating their correlation. Results The correlation coefficient between MOI and BI is 0.49, and SSI is 0.40. T-test shows there was no significant correlation between MOI and BI or SSI. From May to September when the mosquito density is high, BI of 2014 in Guangzhou was higher than BI of 2013 and MOI of 2014 was lower than MOI of 2013 during the same period. Conclusion MOI cannot take the place of BI and SSI in monitoring the density of Aedes albopictus.
