摘要
本文探讨核心自我评价对工作满意度的影响,主要侧重于证实职业承诺的中介作用。根据前人对主观幸福感的研究,结合笔者的前期发现,认为职业承诺和核心自我评价与工作满意度有着显著相关性。结构方程建模表明,职业承诺可以部分调节核心自我评价与工作满意度之间的关系。最终模型也揭示了通过职业承诺,从核心自我评价过渡到工作满意度的重要途径。这些调查结果拓展了先前的文献内容,阐明了核心自我评价如何影响工作满意度。
The present study investigated the impact of core self-evaluations on job satisfaction, with a primary focus on confirmation of the mediator role of career commitment. Combining the previous researches of subjective well-being with our early findings, we held that both career commitment and core self-evaluations were significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Structural equation modeling indicated that career commitment partially mediated the relationship between core self-evaluations and job satisfaction. The final model also revealed a significant path from core self-evaluations to job satisfaction through career commitment. The findings extended prior reports and shed light on how core self-evaluations influence job satisfaction.
