外燥对小鼠气道免疫及分泌功能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨外燥对昆明种小鼠呼吸道的局部免疫及分泌功能的影响,研究外燥致病的病机。方法该实验自2009年10月—2010年5月完成。将120只SPF级昆明种小鼠随机分为温燥组,常温燥组,常温常湿组,凉燥组等4组,每组30只。在第六、十二、十八天处理后,对各组气道灌洗液中黏多糖,SIg A和Ig G等指标进行检测。结果黏多糖含量在温燥组第十二、十八天降低;凉燥组则第十二天最低(P<0.05)。温燥组第六到十八天,SIg A含量持续下降。Ig G含量第六到十八天温燥组和常温燥组持续下降,且温燥组下降更显著。结论外燥可导致肺卫失衡、肺津液生成减少、呼吸道的"纤毛-黏液毯"的免疫屏障功能;减弱,为研究外燥伤肺提供实验基础资料。 Objective To observe the effect of external dryness on the local immune and secretion function of the respiratory tract in Kunming mice, and to study the pathogenesis of the disease. Methods This experiment was completed from October 2009 to May 2010. 120 SPF mice were randomly divided into warm dry group, normal temperature and dry group, normal temperature and humidity group and cool dry group, four groups, 30 in each group. After treatment of 6, 12, 18 days, the index for mucopolysaccharides, SIg A and Ig G of the Airway lavage fluid in each group were detected. Results The content of Mucopolysaccharides decreased in warm dry set of the 12 th and 18 th day, cool and dry group was lowest on 12 th day(P〈0.05). The SIg A content continued to decrease in warm dry set from the 6th to 18 th day. Ig G content continued to decline in warm dry and normal temperature and dry set from the 6th to 18 th day, and the warm dry set decreased more significantly. Conclusion External dryness may lead to immune barrier function of lung health imbalance, lung fluid formation decreased, the immune barrier function to "cilia and mucus blanket" of respiratory tract weakened, which provides the experimental basis for the study of lung with dry injury.
