染色体核型分析与八探针间期荧光原位杂交检测急性淋巴细胞白血病儿童细胞遗传学异常 被引量:1

Detection of cytogenetic abnormalities by karyotype analyses and eight- probe fluorescence in situ hybridization in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia

摘要 目的:比较染色体核型分析与八探针间期荧光原位杂交(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)两种方法在检测急性淋巴细胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)儿童细胞遗传学异常方面的差异。方法:分析39例ALL儿童行染色体核型与八探针间期FISH的结果。结果:39例ALL儿童患者中染色体核型异常阳性率为33.33%,八探针FISH系统检测基因异常阳性率为87.18%,两者间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八探针FISH系统检测ALL患者细胞遗传学异常的阳性率高于染色体核型分析的阳性检出率,且方便快捷;八探针FISH系统联合染色体核型分析技术,能明显提高了儿童患者细胞遗传学检测的效率。 Objective:To compare the differences between karyotype analysis and eight -probe fluorescence in situ hybridization ( FISH) in the detection of cytogenetic abnormalities in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia ( ALL) . Methods:Karyotype analysis and eight-probe FISH were performed for 39 cases of ALL children. Results:The positivity rates of Karyotype analysis (33. 33 %) and eight-probe FISH (87. 18%) were differed significantly in 39 ALL children ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion:Eight-probe FISH is more effi-cient and convenient in the detection of cytogenetic abnormalities in ALL children. The two methods can be well complementary in the clinical diagnosis of ALL children.
