摘要
针对目前光伏电池仿真模型参数多、计算复杂等问题,利用任意工况下的三个工作点的电压电流值,并考虑工作环境变化的影响,提出了一种基于MATLAB/Simulink的光伏电池改进仿真模型。采用Uni-Solar公司的柔性太阳能组件1L进行模型验证,并与Simulink自带的Solar Cell模块在不同工况下的输出特性以及实际光伏电池输出进行比较。结果表明,在辐照度、温度发生变化的情况下,该仿真模型误差小于Solar Cell模块。
The present photovoltaic cell simulation models present disadvantages of too many parameters and complex calculation.By using the voltage-current value of three working points under any condition,and considering the changes of working environment,an adaptive simulation model of photovoltaic cell was put forward on MATLAB/Simulink.Using the flexible solar component Ll from Uni-Solar company to make model validation,the output characteristics of the simulation model and that of real photovoltaic cells were compared under different conditions.Simulation results show that this simulation model presents less error than the solar cell module under changing irradiance and temperature.
