摘要
主要研究基于直接转矩控制(DTC)的采煤机变频调速技术。为了进一步提升交流牵引采煤机的调速性能,以采煤机及其变频调速功能需求以及现代煤矿机电交流变频调速技术作为切入点,从直接转矩控制变频调速系统结构、磁链与转矩观测、磁链与转矩的变频调节、定子电压空间矢量选取等方面对基于DTC变频技术的采煤机调速系统展开分析研究。最后采用Matlab仿真软件对直接转矩变频方案进行全面的性能分析,并提出了相应的优化措施。
The method based on direct torque control(DTC) of the coal winning machine with variable frequency speed control technology. In order to further improve the speed performance of AC traction shearer, taking coal mining machine and its variable frequency speed regulation technology as the starting point, from the direct torque control system structure, flux linkage and torque observation, flux linkage and torque, stator voltage space vector selection and so on. Finally, the Matlab simulation software is used to analyze the performance of the direct torque converter, and the corresponding optimization measures are put forward.
