摘要
使用NaOH溶液亲水改性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)共混膜,在共混膜表面化学浴沉积烷基氯硅烷,构筑微纳米结构,制备出具有超疏水能力的PVDF/PMMA共混膜,对共混膜的微观结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,亲水改性提升了PVDF/PMMA共混膜表面烷基氯硅烷的化学浴沉积效果;亲水改性的最佳工艺条件为:NaOH的浓度为40%、反应时间为60 min、反应温度为70℃;化学沉积后的.PVDF/13MMA共混膜接触角高达154.6°;集灰实验表明,倾斜角度约为1°时水滴能将膜表面的灰尘带走,膜的防污自洁性能优良。
Micro-nano rough structure was constructed on PVDF/PMMA membrane by hydrophilic modification with NaOH solution and chemical bath deposition with alkylchlorosilane, which rendered the membrane with super hydrophobicity. It was found that the hydrophilic modification promoted the chemical bath deposition of alkylchlorosilane on the surface of PVDF/PMMA membrane. The optimum conditions for hydrophilic modification was 40 percent NaOH, at 70℃ for 60 min. The contact angle of the membrane reached 154. 6(°). The self-cleaning test showed that dust could be removed by water from the membranes' surface at an angle of 1(°).
