摘要
目的:探讨全自动片剂摆药机在儿科医院病区药房的应用。方法:介绍全自动片剂摆药机的工作模式、流程、制度及优缺点,统计实际差错率并给出解决措施。结果:全自动片剂摆药机能提高工作效率,降低差错率,减少了药品污染和资源浪费,方便患儿用药。结论:全自动片剂摆药机的应用可以改变传统的药品调配模式,提高药学服务质量,保证患儿的用药安全。
Objective： To discuss the application of automated tablet dispensing and packaging system in inpatient pharmacy in children＇s hospital. Methods： Introduced the modes,processes,system,advantages and disadvantages of automated tablet dispensing and packaging system,computed the practical error rate and resolved the problems. Results： Automated tablet dispensing and packaging system can raise work efficiencies,minimize error rate,reduce drug contamination,decrease wasting of resources and provide convenient to patients. Conclusion： The application of automated tablet dispensing and packaging system can change the traditional dispensing mode,enhance the pharmaceutical service,a single dose dispensing more ensure the safety of the children with drug use.
