摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法来测定锦屏产柿不同部位微量元素Fe、Cu、Co及Cd的含量,结果表明,Fe在柿树的树皮、根皮、叶子和蒂4个部位中含量最高,其次为蒂中的Cu,根皮中的Co.其中Co在柿树皮中没有检测出,Cd在4个部位中均未检测出来.作为药材,柿树这4个部位是安全的,值得开发.
This paper used flame atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the content of trace ele- ments (Fe, Cu, Co and Cd) in different parts of Diospyros KaKi thunb from Jinping County, Guizhou province. The results show that : the content of Fe was the highest in the tree bark, root bark, leaf and pedicel, followed by Cu and Co with the pedicel and the root bark, respectively. But, Co with the tree bark and Cd with the four parts were not detected. So, the four parts of Persimmon is safe and worthy of development as a medicine.
