摘要 为了提高切眼巷道支护强度,快速安装工作面支架,预防煤体自燃,对工作面切眼施工工艺进行了改进,改变以往先掘后扩的施工思路,积极探索大断面切眼一次成巷联合支护技术。实践表明:大断面切眼一次成巷联合支护技术在常村煤矿得到了成功应用,很好地控制了巷道变形,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了掘进效率,降低了切眼防火成本。此项技术不仅提高了巷道的安全性,还缩减了巷道支护成本。 To improve the supporting strength of the cutting roadway,achieve rapid installation of the working surface support and the prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal,the construction technology of cutting holes on working face was improved,the construction view of " driving firstly,expanding hole secondly" was also changed,combined supporting technology for simultaneous drifting in cutting hole with large section was discussed. Practice shows that,this combined supporting technology has been successfully applied in Changcun Coal Mine,not only the deformation of roadway was controlled effectively,but also the labor intensity of the workers was reduced,the efficiency of driving was improved,and the cost of fire prevention was reduced. This technology not only improves the safety of the roadway,but also reduces the cost of roadway supporting.
