摘要
线粒体特殊的结构和功能决定了线粒体在急性创伤中所占的重要地位。在烧伤、胰岛素抵抗以及缺血再灌注损伤等急性创伤和急性创伤后反应中都可以观察到线粒体结构与功能的改变,这些改变对于机体的作用十分明显。本文将从线粒体的结构与功能、急性创伤中线粒体产生的变化以及对线粒体的结构和功能起到调节作用的机制和因素等方面做一综述,探讨线粒体与急性创伤之间的关系。
The special structure and functions of mitochondria determine the important status of mitochondria in acute trauma. Changes of mitochondrial structure and functions can be observed in the acute injury and reactions after acute injury such as burn, insulin resistance and ischemia reperfusion injury. This article reviews the structure and functions of mitochondria, the changes of mitochondria in acute trauma, as well as the adjustment mechanisms and effects to investigate the link between mitochondria and acute trauma.
