摘要
目的调查分析中药调配中影响临床疗效的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2012年5月—2015年3月该院药剂科发生的中药调配质量问题事件资料56例的发生原因。结果 56例中药调配质量问题事件中,最主要的影响因素为炮制品缺乏到位的炮制,占总数的21.43%;其次为中药质量问题、执行处方脚注问题,均占总数的17.86%;再次为没有明确交代发药、处方错误、中药剂量,分别占总数的14.28%、10.71%、10.71%;混淆中药品种所占比例较低,仅为7.14%。结论中药调配中影响临床疗效的相关因素主要包括炮制品缺乏到位的炮制、中药质量问题、执行处方脚注问题等。
Objective To investigate and analyze the related factors affecting the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine formulations. Methods The data of 56 cases of traditional Chinese medicine deploy quality problems occurred in pharmacy of our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 56 cases of Chinese medicine formulations event of quality problems, the most important factor was the lack of place cooked processed products, accounting for 21.43%of the total; followed by traditional Chinese medicine quality problems, the implementation of prescription footnote problems, account for 17.86% of the total; in this case there was no clear accountability and medicine, prescription errors, medicine dosage, accounting for 14.28%, 10.71%, 10.71% of the total, respectively; confusion varieties of Chinese medicine had lower proportion, was only 7.14%. Conclusion Factors affecting the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine formulations mainly include processed products lack in place cooked, traditional Chinese medicine quality problems, perform prescription footnote problems and so on.
