摘要
目的调查采供血系统运行过程中暴露的缺陷和不足,加强对采供血机构的系统化管理。方法采用调查表对2012年1月—2014年12月,甘肃陇南市采供血机构工作实践中出现的问题进行调查分析,提出方法和措施对工作问题进行解决,加强对采供血工作开展的系统化管理。结果采供血机构在业务管理、血液质量控制、设备配置等方面存在问题,对其进行整改可促使采供血工作的有效管理。结论加强对采供血机构日常工作的监督力度,规范管理采供血各项工作环节的落实,建立长效监督机制对采供血机构进行管理,确保临床用血的安全与可靠。
Objective To investigate the defects and deficiencies during the operation of the feeding system, and strengthen the systematic management of the feeding mechanism. Methods A questionnaire investigation and analysis of mining and supply insti-tutions work practice, put forward methods and measures to solve the problems, strengthening of blood collection and supply of work to carry out systematic management. Results The blood supply organization has the problems in business management, blood quality control, and equipment allocation, etc., and the rectification can promote the effective management of blood supply and blood supply. Conclusion To strengthen the supervision of blood collection agencies daily work, blood supply to the work of the joint implementation of standardized management, the establishment of long-term supervision mechanism of blood collection agen-cies management, ensure clinical safety and reliability of the blood.
