摘要
目的分析护理人员分层管理在临床护理管理中的效果。方法对比应用分层管理前后一年内医生对护理工作满意率、患者对护理工作满意率的变化。结果应用分层管理后一年内医生对护理工作满意率、患者对护理工作满意率均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理管理中应用分层管理可提高护理工作质量,提高医生和患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical management nurses in clinical care management. Methods One year doctors before and after contrast application layer management nursing satisfaction, patient satisfaction rate changes on care of. Results After a year hierarchical management physician satisfaction of care, patient care and job satisfaction were significantly im-proved, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions In clinical nursing management application layer manage-ment can improve the quality of care, increase physician and patient satisfaction with care work.
