摘要
目的探讨临床上运用团队管理模式在急诊护理上的实际效果。方法针对该院从2013年开始在急诊科护理管理中实施团队管理模式,将实施后两年急诊科32位护士的综合素质和急诊护理质量的情况与两年前进行比较分析。并采取统计分析。结果经过引入团队管理模式之后,该急诊科护士的综合素质、护理文书书写正确率、一级护理及特级护理质量、基础护理和患者对护理质量的满意度均比没有引入团队化管理前有了很大的提升。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床急诊科的护理工作中,引入团队管理模式,对于增强科室的凝聚力,提高患者对护理质量的满意度,提升护士综合素质等方面都具有非常明显的效果,值得广泛推广。
