摘要
胜任力模型已经成为界定创新人才在IT行业核心竞争力的有力工具。文章首先阐述了关于胜任力的基本概念与参照模型,然后分析了计算机专业人才的创新思维方式,进而制定了胜任力模型实施的步骤,并从6个方面构建了计算机专业创新人才胜任力模型平台,最后提出了胜任力模型在计算机专业创新人才培养中的策略,有助于高校计算机专业改革的拓展。
The competency model has become a powerful tool for defining the core competitiveness of innovative talents in the IT industry. This paper firstly describes the basic concept and reference model of competency,analyzes the innovative thinking mode of computer specialists,formulates the implementation steps of competency model, and builds the competency model platform of computer major innovative talents from six aspects. Finally, this paper proposes the strategy of competency model in the cultivation of computer major innovative talents which is helpful to expand the computer specialty reform in colleges.
