摘要
目前,临床医学专业学位研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训是提高医师临床实践能力的重要方法,同时也是我国医疗卫生事业人才培养不可或缺的组成部分。但两者之间的培训内容存在一定的重复性,如何协调两者的关系,是临床专业学位研究生培养研究中的一个焦点。本文在分析临床专业学位研究生临床技能培训现状的基础上,探讨临床医学专业学位研究生"双轨合一"的模式下培养的具体措施,为新模式下的临床医学专业学位研究生的培养提供参考。
At present, the education of the clinical medicine professional degree graduate and the standardization training of resident doctor are both the methods to improve the clinical practice ability of doctor. However, there are some repetitions between the two of them, the relationship that how to coordinate is a focus of research in clinical professional degree graduate students. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of clinical skills training for clinical professional degree graduate students, this paper discusses the specific measures of clinical medical professional degl：ee graduate students in the mode of joining together of double-track, and thenprovides reference for the training of clinical medical professional degree graduate students in the new mode.
