摘要
目的分析品管圈在改进护理质量管理中的应用效率。方法由院内相关负责人及护理部护理人员组建品管圈小组,根据当前工作中存在的问题制定相应方案,护理人员按方案工作,对实际操作中遇到的问题不断进行归纳、分析和改进,观察品管圈实施及改进后的护理效果。结果品管圈实施后护理人员个人投诉率低于实施前,医用耗材有效使用率高于实施前,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在改进护理质量管理中实施品管圈,可有效提高护理人员的护理质量。
Objective Analysis quality control circle application in improving nursing quality management efficiency.Methods By the relevant person in charge of hospital and nurses nursing staff to form a circle of qc team, according to the problems existing in the current work make corresponding solutions, nursing staff work according to the plan, for the problems in the actual operation of induction, analysis and improvement, observe the qc nursing effect after the implementation and improvement.Results After the implementation of nursing staff personal complaints significantly below before carrying out,medical consumables effective utilization rate was higher than before the implementation of quality control circle, P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion The implementation of quality management in improving nursing quality management circle, can effectively improve the nursing quality of the nursing staff.
